If the product you purchased from Signilar is unsatisfactory, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Once the merchandise is received we will issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price of the product (including tax, if any). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be refunded at 80% of the item's selling price. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has obvious signs of use, will not be considered for a refund.
We do not issue cash refunds. If you return an item that was purchased at a discount, you will be refunded the amount that was actually paid.
