Please make sure the shipping information is correct. You are responsible for any additional charges on returns because of “undeliverable as addressed” items.
For international orders please do not try to conform your address to a US format, instead complete the shipping address portion of the form exactly as your address appears on your personal (in country) mail.
Signilar Refund/Return Policy
If the product you purchased from Signilar is unsatisfactory, please call us at 1-800-205-4904. Generally you can return the product within 30 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied. Obviously, any item that is not in good, re-marketable condition, that is damaged, or that has obvious signs of heavy use, will not be considered for a refund. Signilar incurs a re-stocking fee from the shipping house and we regrettably must pass it along to you. Currently, returned product restocking fee is $12.00.
We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Otherwise the shipping and handling costs will be added to your order.
Once the merchandise is received we will issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price of the product (including tax, if any). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
We do not issue cash refunds, unless you paid us in cash. Any refunded amount will be that which was actually paid for the product, but not for shipping and handling costs.
